Hiking trip/School assignment

I know Angela just updated everyone on our family happenings, but a midst all the work and school and taking care of the kids we were able to go on a hiking trip. Even though the trip was actually for a school assignment we were able to make it be a family event. Our trip took place in Sabino Canyon State Park where I was to find a site on which my structure would be able to fit into the landscape as well as have minimal impact on the environment as possible. Our class had went the day previously but due to weather (110) we had to turn back. So we went early on Saturday morning so that way the kids would not die of heat. The trip went well, the kids did great and I was even able to find a great site. Here our some pictures of our trek.
